rESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily customer service, tour production and sales.

• Make documented reservations and cancellations with our suppliers.  

• To be responsible for the completion of bookings  

• To be responsible for the quality of travel documents

• Close contact with suppliers to quality proof the products

• Work actively to develop the company together with other colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good written and oral English skills are required

• Good computer skills

• Structured and systematic way of working

• Independent, determined and with a positive attitude

• Good communication- and cooperation skills

• Customer focused and eager to provide good service  

• Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously and to enjoy a high work pace
