ABOUT THE JOB

We are expanding our sales team and are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Sales & Operations Consultant to join our FIT team in our Oslo office.

ABOUT US

Haman Scandinavia is part of Haman Group, which is composed of the following companies: Haman Scandinavia, Authentic Scandinavia, Authentic Europe, Terra Nova Scandinavia, and Cities+Tours. Haman Group has over 50 years of experience in working as an incoming tour operator in Scandinavia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Booking different travel services and preparing travel documents

·        Being in direct contact with suppliers and clients (on a B2B basis)

·        Developing new products for campaigns through strategic promotions

·        Invoicing clients

·        Pricing of other travel related services for our clients

·        Creating offers and itineraries in Scandinavia and the Nordics

REQUIREMENTS

·        Fluent in English (written and spoken), 2nd language is a plus.

·        Curiosity about Scandinavia and the Nordics

·        Experience in the travel industry / Graduates from the tourism industry.

·        Flexibility and multi-tasking as well as strong communication skills

·        Hunger to learn and pro-activeness in your actions.

·        Thrive in an international working environment.

·        Positive attitude and working well in a team.
