Travel Specialist for Haman Travel (Stockholm)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Specialist to work with group sales on our DACH and international markets. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Position is based in Stockholm, working from our office in Sollentuna.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist English- or German-speaking clients with travel planning and bookings

– Manage client communication via email and phone in English or German

– Coordinate logistics with local suppliers and ensure smooth trip operations

– Handle reservations, changes, and customer requests with accuracy and care

What we’re looking for:

– Fluency in English and German (native or near-native level)

– Experience in tourism, customer service, or travel sales

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

– A team player with a passion for travel and service excellence

– Destination knowledge of Scandinavia
