We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Specialist to work with our Australia & New Zealand market. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Position is based in Oslo, working from our head office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist English-speaking clients with travel planning and bookings

– Manage client communication via email and phone in English

– Coordinate logistics with local suppliers and ensure smooth trip operations

– Handle reservations, changes, and customer requests with accuracy and care

 

What we’re looking for:

– Fluency in English (native or near-native level)

– Experience in tourism, customer service, or travel sales

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

– A team player with a passion for travel and service excellence
