Travel Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Specialist to work with FIT sales on our UK and US markets. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you. The position is based in Norway, working from our office in Oslo.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with travel planning and bookings
– Manage client communication via email and phone
– Coordinate logistics with local suppliers and ensure smooth trip operations
– Handle reservations, changes, and customer requests with accuracy and care
What we’re looking for:
– Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
– Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or travel sales
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– A team player with a passion for travel and service excellence
– Destination knowledge of Scandinavia
