Sales & Operations Consultant – UK & US Market
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales & Operations Consultant to work with our travellers from the UK & US market. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist English-speaking clients with travel planning and bookings
Manage client communication via email and phone in English
Coordinate logistics with local suppliers and ensure smooth trip operations
Handle reservations, changes, and customer requests with accuracy and care

Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
Experience in tourism, customer service, or travel sales
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team player with a passion for travel and service excellence
