Sales & Operations Consultant – UK & US Market

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales & Operations Consultant to work with our travellers from the UK & US market. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist English-speaking clients with travel planning and bookings

  • Manage client communication via email and phone in English

  • Coordinate logistics with local suppliers and ensure smooth trip operations

  • Handle reservations, changes, and customer requests with accuracy and care

  • Fluency in English (native or near-native level)

  • Experience in tourism, customer service, or travel sales

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A team player with a passion for travel and service excellence
